About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality Mediterranean-inspired dishes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Main Duties Include:
• Preparing and cooking dishes across all sections of the kitchen
• Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
• Managing food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering, and minimising waste
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Training and mentoring junior staff

Skills & Experience Required:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean or modern Australian cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
