We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Chef / Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role in an open kitchen environment, where professionalism, speed, and presentation are essential.

????? The Role

- As a Full-Time Chef / All-Rounder, you will:
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café-style menu items in an open kitchen setting.
- Manage daily prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene at all times.
- Uphold a professional appearance and positive customer interaction in an open kitchen.
- Assist FOH during busy times (plating, running food, light customer service).
- Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.

? About You

- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen All-Rounder (café or restaurant background).
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen with customer visibility.
- Strong multitasking ability and confidence under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to support both kitchen and FOH when required.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and strong work ethic.
