About us:
Kembali Cafe is located at Blueys Beach, Mid North Coast, NSW (3.5 hours north of Sydney). We serve Indonesian and Asian inspired food. We operate 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, we also open 2-3 nights for dinner during the warmer months.
The role includes:
Preparing and cooking meals
Ensuring high quality dishes are served at all times
Assisting with stock control and ordering
Managing food storage and cleaning in adherence to NSW Food Authority safety guidelines
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working in a fast paced kitchen, with the ability to perform under pressure and maintain a very high standard
Availability on weekends and school holidays
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a small team
Be motivated and professional with a positive attitude
