Rick Shores, is one of the Gold Coast's most iconic dining venues located on the beach at Burleigh Heads. We are seeking enthusastic and engaged chefs to join this established team.
We are hiring qualified chef roles including Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie and Junior Sous level. You will join this driven team and have support from the wider business in Brisbane and Gold Coast venues.
Our next chef will have...
Passion for organised and high quality producing kitchens
Culinary skills that enable you to prepare and operate within a section in the kitchen
Qualifications in cookery to a suitable level for this role
Ability to perform under busy working conditions
Willngness to learn
Able to work as part of a team during and out of service periods
Keen eye for reducing waste
High standards of presentation and cleanliness
Communication skills that are clear and suppotive of others in the team
Ability to work in tandem with Head Chef, delivering consistent message
Accountable work ethic, be responsible for actions and raise up opportunities to do better
A genuine desire to learn and expand your knowledge is critical

Salary between $72k and $78k per annum plus superannuation
