About Golden Avenue

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Golden Avenue team. Responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, this role ensure consistent food quality, supports junior chefs, and maintains high standards in line with the group's expectations. As an emerging leader, this role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. We are looking for individuals who are committed to hospitality, service and working collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.

We have full-time or casual positions available; some flexibility required.

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen

Strong skills in food preparation, presentation and consistency under pressure

Confidence in running a section independently during busy service periods

Experience with mise en place, recipe execution and efficient station setup

A strong understanding of kitchen systems, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Ability to mentor and support junior chefs and kitchen hands

A calm, professional and collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork

Commercial cookery qualification or apprenticeship is highly regarded
