Olivigna at Pietro Gallo Estate is an Olive Grove, Winery and Restaurant that has received rave reviews for the quality of the cuisine, superior service and spectacular setting. The vision of the venue has been to create the hospitality and food experience of Italy in an Australian setting. Using fresh ingredients from the property where possible and producing our other foods in house, the menu has a fresh modern Italian feel.

Requirements:

- At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full time post-qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 3 years of experience in the relevant position
- Strong interest in developing own skills, with both food and administration.
- Completed HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
