What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking talented and dedicated Chef-De-partie to join our dynamic kitchen teams. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love leading by example, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Display exceptional prep, cooking, and plating skills
• Assist with Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production.
• Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Lead and support kitchen staff with professionalism and care
• Manage daily kitchen operations and service flow
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Present yourself with immaculate grooming and professionalism

Key Qualities

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Honest, humble, and results-driven
