Awarding salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000.   Task & Responsibilities Experience and expertise in the kitchen as a CHEF / COOK. Attention to detail for perfect recipes. Efficiently managing time during busy hours. Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards. Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with other chefs, cooks and kitchen staffs. Effectively conveying orders and instructions among kitchen staffs. Understanding and meeting customer preferences and budgeting. Designing and planning diverse and appealing menus. Understanding of food safety and kitchen hazard prevention. Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifiaction.
