You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Assist with menu planning, specials, and food presentation. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and cost control. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams. Qualification & experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (highly regarded). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef or Cook. Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure in a busy café environment.
