Pizzeria Da Leo is an authentic, warm, and pleasant location with an energetic ambience every night of the week. Pizzeria Da Leo is looking for an experienced Full Time Chef to join the business at our location in Balcatta.
Duties to be performed:
• Creating specials and menus on an on-going basis
• Monitoring quality of dishes at all the stages of preparation and presentation
• Implementing OHS program
• Compiling and estimating food and labour costs
• Managing the budget
• Maintaining effective cooperation and discussion with kitchen staff, and managers regarding issue with food preparation
• Manage kitchen staff requirements and organise production schedules and stock control
• Training and management of kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
• The position requires at least 3 years of experience, attention to detail, a good attitude, good management skills and will be able to work under pressure.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $76,000 – 90,000 per year
Location: Balcatta WA 6021
