On behalf of our client (Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd), weare advertising. Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd is looking forChefs to join their team based in Queensland to various sites.

Jobs and Duties:
- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, andordering food supplies
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation andpresentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitiansand kitchen and waiting staff
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Preparing and cooking food
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- May select and train staff
- May freeze and preserve foods
Experience and Qualification:
- Trade qualified with a minimum 5 years’ post qualifiedexperience.
- Resume must show chef capabilities in either the Cruise shipindustry or 5 star hotels or similar.
- Candidates will be asked to show leadership qualities but beable to work in a team environment as well.
- Basic English is a requirement.

Salary : $92,500 - $97,500 + super
