On behalf of our client Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd, weareadvertising. Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd is looking for Chefs to join their team based in Western Australia to various sites.

Jobs and Duties:
- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs,andordering food supplies.
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparationandpresentation.
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers,Dietitiansand kitchen and waiting staff.
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cookingprocedures.
- Preparing and cooking food- Explaining and enforcinghygieneregulations.
- May select and train staff- May freeze and preserve foods

Experience and Qualification:
- Trade qualified with a minimum 5 years’ postqualifiedexperience.
- Resume must show chef capabilities in either the Cruiseshipindustry or 5 star hotels or similar.
- Candidates will be asked to show leadership qualities butbeable to work in a team environment as well.
- Basic English is a requirement.

Location: Western Australia
Salary : $92,500 - $97,500 + super
Position: Full time, Permanent
