The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time Chef to bring fresh energy, creativity, and expertise to our kitchen team. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering bold, globally inspired dishes and standout wood-fired pizzas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across a global-inspired menu
• Operate wood-fired ovens with precision and care
• Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and execution
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Help train and guide junior kitchen staff
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy service environment

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Qualification
• At least 3 year of experience
• Proven ability to work with international flavours and wood-fired cooking
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong team collaboration
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative plating
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
