Deoro By the Bay, located in Hastings, Victoria invites talented individuals to join their vibrant waterfront venue as Chef, leading a passionate team and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What you’ll do:

- Manage all kitchen operations for restaurant and event catering.
- Design seasonal menus and drive culinary innovation.
- Control food costs and maintain supplier relationships.
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff and apprentices.

What we’re looking for:

- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery + Food Safety Supervisor.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Chef, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills, team leadership, and commercial acumen.
- Creative, organized, and calm under pressure.
