RSR Consulting SGHG FAMILY PTY LTD (trading as Café 63 Loganholme) is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join its kitchen team on a full-time, permanent basis. Located in Loganholme QLD, the venue is part of the well-known Café 63 network and is committed to delivering fresh, consistent, high-quality meals to its customers. The successful candidate will take ownership of daily kitchen operations and lead a dynamic culinary team. This position offers a salary in the range of $75000 to $8000 plus superannuation per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits Competitive salary package and staff benefits Full-time, stable employment in a respected and fast-paced café brand Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the Café 63 group Supportive and structured kitchen environment   Task & responsibilities Manage all kitchen operations in line with Café 63 specifications and policies Oversee food preparation and ensure timely and high-quality meal delivery Implement food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with legislative standards Monitor food wastage, maintain adequate prep levels, and minimize ingredient shortages Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing regular communication and coaching Ensure all meals meet Café 63’s presentation and timing standards Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements Foster a respectful and positive kitchen culture aligned with company values   Qualification & experience Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment  Essential Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage and motivate staff in a high-volume kitchen In-depth understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Hands-on, passionate, and customer-focused approach About Company SGHG FAMILY PTY LTD is a registered Australian proprietary company operating the Café 63 franchise in Loganholme, QLD.
