Café 66 is a newly established Italian café and restaurant located in the heart of Port Macquarie. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a modern Italian dining experience. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic and modern Italian dishes with consistency and high quality.
Develop and maintain seasonal menus, incorporating fresh and local produce.
Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff as required.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Requirements:
Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent hospitality-related field.
1–2 years of full-time experience in preparing and cooking modern Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a busy environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
