Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

- preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies planning menus and estimating food and labour costs monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

- discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations assisting with the training of staff
