Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Chef to join our growing team. This role preparing and delivering high-quality meals in a kitchen environment while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do
-Develop and organize menus, forecast ingredient needs, and manage both food and labor budgets.
-Ensure the consistent quality of dishes throughout preparation, cooking, and presentation.
-Communicate with management, dietitians, and kitchen and service staff regarding food preparation requirements and any operational -issues.
-Demonstrate cooking methods and provide guidance to kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures.
-Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
-Implement and maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices within the kitchen.
-Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of kitchen staff where required.
-Preserve, store, or freeze ingredients and prepared food as needed to maintain quality and reduce waste.
-Manage kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of meals

Qualifications & Experience
-AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment.
-Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
-Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management abilities.
-Creative mindset with a genuine passion for cooking.
