On behalf of our client (Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd), we are advertising. Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd islooking for Chefs to join their team based in Queensland to various sites.

Jobs and Duties:
- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Preparing and cooking food
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- May select and train staff
- May freeze and preserve foods
Experience and Qualification:
- Trade qualified with a minimum 5 years’ post qualified experience.
- Resume must show chef capabilities in either the Cruise ship industry or 5 star hotels or similar.
- Candidates will be asked to show leadership qualities but be able to work in a team environment as well.
- Basic English is a requirement.

Salary : $92,500 - $97,500 + super
