Position: Chef
Location: Glenworth Valley, NSW 2250
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus Superannuation

Our Client "Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures" is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and quality
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideas
- Managing daily production and planning
- Determining food inventory needs, ordering and stocking
- Controlling kitchen operational costs
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammates
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook food based on recipe guidelines

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Relevant qualification/s
- Prior experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
