Position Overview?
KEAMA-LU PTY LIMITED is seeking an experienced Chef to join our passionate kitchen team in a full-time, permanent role. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Owner, this position will play a key role in menu execution, kitchen operations, and maintaining the high culinary standards that define K.malu.

Key Responsibilities?
Prepare and cook a variety of modern European dishes using seasonal ingredients, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.?Assist in the development of seasonal à la carte and set menus, contributing creative ideas for new dishes and specials.?Oversee food preparation and service during lunch and dinner shifts, maintaining smooth kitchen operations.?Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety in accordance with NSW regulations.?Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development.?Manage stock control, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and minimising waste.?Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and owners to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.

Skills and Experience?
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Chef in a busy, high-quality restaurant.?Strong knowledge of European cuisine and seasonal produce.?Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.?Excellent communication and leadership skills.?A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
