Hours: Full time, 38-40hrs hours per week

Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role

Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for a temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

· Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies

· Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

· Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

· Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

· Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

· Assisting with the training of staff
