We have a full time position available to Join our dedicated team at Hummingbird Busselton WA 6280,where we serve fresh, modern cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Position: Full-Time Chef
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum

Responsibilities
• Planning and preparing menus in consultation with the Head Chef or management
• Monitoring food preparation and presentation standards
• Supervising and training kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchenhands, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies, while controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Inspecting food and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

minimum one year experience as a chef
Creativity and passion for food and presentation
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
