On behalf of our client (Laika Coffee), we are advertising. Laika Coffee is looking to expand their kitchen team.

Open 7 days per week, kitchen service from 6am till 2pm. We have plenty of room for growth across our group of venues, working along side our executive and head chefs. Our team is our priority, knowing that service is key, we have a strong belief in a good work life balance and try to accommodate this as much as we can.

Reporting to the Sous Chef & Head Chef you will have completed an apprenticeship or passed appropriate trade test in cooking & who performs any of the below:

Tasks & Duties:

1. Ordering
2. Stock control
3. General or specialised supervision of other staff
4. General or specialised training of other staff
5. Run occasional shift
6. Cooking a section
7. Preparation of menu
8. Organising prep lists
9. Assist with maintaining health, food & safety procedures
10. Assist with Supervising & Training other employees

Skills and experience:
- Suitable candidates must have relevant training qualifications and at least 2 years of working experience.
