SALARY The salary range for this role is $180,000 plus superannuation. This role is fixed term 10 to 12 months contract ABOUT THE ROLE The Change and Transformation Lead is responsible for leading the global transformation agenda for the Asia Pacific region, strategic projects & governance across the PMO office and establishing a Go-to-market & commercialisation framework that supports sustainable growth. In addition to this, the role will focus on embedding a change framework that will ensure that the leaders in the business are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to drive organisation change effectively. The Change and Optimisation Lead will work closely with functional leaders to define the transformation agenda in line with overall business strategy utilising key reporting & governance to balance the priorities of the APAC business (investment vs return) and enable the international leadership team to make informed decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES Transformation: Personally lead the Asia Pacific International Product Transformation (AP-IPT) Programme to drive the strategic transformation agenda for the Asia Pacific region in line with the 3 year strategy. Overall accountability for the execution of the IPT programme of work. Support & lead the overall transformation agenda in line with GP2025, having intimate knowledge of all transformation initiatives for the region. Support Initiative Owners across the Asia Pacific region with delivery of their transformation initiatives, help to surface risks, remove blockers & report on status. Overall governance & reporting for both AP-IPT & general global transformation initiative (from programme inception to Go-to-market) ensuring leadership have clear oversight of commercials, successes, risks and blockers. Strategic Projects: Overall accountability of the Oceania PMO office, supporting strategic project delivery across both transformation & BAU. Establish key governance & reporting for each project, reporting regularly to leadership on delivery. Drive accountability & execution culture across the business. Go-to-market and commercialisation Application of the International Commercialisation Framework across the Asia Pacific region. Work with the Vice President, Asia Pacific and country leaders to build out commercialisation strategy and plans to support the launch of all new product across the Pan Asia region. Oversee the introduction & application of a robust Go-to-market framework for new partner onboarding in Oceania to improve process, increase visibility and reduce speed to commercialisation. Business Change Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Leverage a change management methodology , process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Support communication efforts, enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications Responsible for the establishment of an optimisation framework that can be implemented across the organisation, focused on ensuring prioritisation and execution of key optimisation activities and initiatives ABOUT YOU Previous experience leading complex transformation programmes. Previous experience in change management or similar positions would be beneficial. Knowledge of project management best practice. A sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies. Effective facilitation and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Good listening and communications skills. Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and critical thinker. Able to cope with pressure.
