I am an engineer from Bromic Heating. We are looking to complete CFD simulations of a static gas heater exposed to a 15 m/s cross-wind. We need to investigate and improve the design of the heater cover and flue cover to reduce the influence of aerodynamic on the burner. The study will involve flow separation, adjusting the curvature of the top section to change the boundary layer at the cover to achieve reduction of the aerodynamic pull at the flue exhaust point. Modelling will involve static assessment of wind from the front direction only at 15m/s. Could you please let me know what additional information you require in order to provide an estimated quote and lead time?
