You’ll lead the design and execution of a scalable, data-driven operating model that delivers exceptional service to thousands of customers annually. You’ll shape the workforce of tomorrow, champion talent development and diversity, and embed operational excellence across our national footprint. This national position will ideally be based in Padstow, Darra or Tullamarine. Key Responsibilities Strategic Transformation: Align operating systems, resource structures, and market strategies to future-fit growth and industry leadership. Operational Excellence: Optimise the employee and subcontractor mix to ensure consistent, measurable, high-performing service delivery. Data-Driven Innovation: Use platforms like SimPRO and Power BI to unlock insights, drive performance, and inform decision-making. Customer Experience & Loyalty: Enhance the customer journey from first contact to final invoice, improving conversion rates and NPS. Workforce Development: Build national talent pipelines, champion apprenticeship pathways, and map Glazier Development Programs. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across internal teams, suppliers, industry bodies, and trade unions to deliver aligned outcomes. Compliance & Governance: Ensure robust frameworks that meet national glazing standards and legislative obligations. About You You’re not just a seasoned operator—you’re a strategic leader with heart. You inspire large, dispersed teams and act as a visible culture carrier. You balance short-term performance with long-term transformation, and you thrive in complexity.
