Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is located Mid North Coast region of NSW and is recruiting for Casual Bar/Gaming customer service attendants to join our team. Our Tuncurry site boasts a newly renovated bistro, Woodfire Pizza, lawn bowl greens, TAB, KENO, Bar outlets, promotions, poker machines.

Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

Relief Supervisor:

· Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations across the Club ie promotions, bar, gaming, TAB, Keno, catering etc.

· Training and mentor staff with performance feedback.

· Conflict resolution with customers and employees.

· Delegating tasks to employees in accordance with Club standards

· Handling sensitive/confidential information

· Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests

Club Attendant:

· Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;

· Working as a bar attendant ensuring effective replenishment of beverage products;

· Working as a TAB/Keno Operator

· Cash handling duties;

· Poker machine maintenance and drink service and resolving Gaming Floor enquiries

· Assist with Club membership enquiries

· Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;

· General cleaning duties.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

· A positive attitude and passionate about customer service.

· A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.

· Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work.

· Effective time management.

· A current RSA & RCG Licence.
