Your Opportunity: Support People into Safe, Secure Housing Join our team as an IHR Case Worker and make a real impact by supporting singles, couples, and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In this role, you’ll provide flexible, person-centred support to help clients access immediate housing options and transition into long-term, secure accommodation. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to apply early intervention strategies, strengthen tenancy skills, and reduce housing stress for vulnerable individuals and families. Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred case management to clients accessing immediate housing responses. Support clients to transition from short-term accommodation into long-term, sustainable housing. Apply early intervention approaches to prevent homelessness and reduce tenancy stress. Collaborate with internal teams and external services to coordinate wraparound support. Build strong relationships with clients, empowering them to develop the skills needed to maintain tenancies. Maintain accurate records and contribute to service reporting and evaluation. Requirements for Success: Relevant degree with at least 1 years’ experience or less formal qualification with substantial years of relevant experience Strong understanding of housing systems and tenancy support. Skilled in managing complex caseloads and delivering therapeutic interventions. Professional approach with the ability to maintain clear boundaries. Experience working with diverse stakeholders and service providers. Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
