Case Manager – Youth Services Make a lasting impact in the lives of young people and families at risk of homelessness. At The Salvation Army Australia, we believe in walking alongside people in their most vulnerable moments, offering support, dignity, and hope. We're seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our Youth Services team, delivering high-quality, client-led support to young people (aged 16–25) and families with children who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. About the Role As a Case Manager, you’ll develop meaningful relationships with clients, working collaboratively to create personalised case plans that empower them to achieve their goals. You'll work in both refuge and outreach settings, providing ongoing assessment, referrals, and advocacy, all within a trauma-informed and psychologically safe environment. Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until October 2026, based in St Kilda, VIC. Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 5.
