Moggy’s Group of companies specialise in the construction of residential, rural and commercial sheds, termite treatment and installation of prefabricated fibreglass swimming pools. We are currently seeking to employ qualified and experienced Carpenters to join our team at the new purpose-built premises in Paget (Mackay) QLD.
 

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and trust work.
- Coordinate site preparation
- Interpret building standards, codes and regulations
- Coordinate planning for building tasks
- Provide advise to, and liaise with project personnel on matters relating to carpentry and construction requirements
- Interpret plans, specifications and drawings.
- Assist in the compilation of specifications, scope of works and costs estimates.
 

Skills and Attributes:

- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience general carpentry work in commercial and domestic builds
- Physically fit and ability to work in a team environment
 

Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000pa commensurate with experience
