Expected Salary: $85,000 per annum AUD / Year

We are looking for an active team leader to assist in the fabrication and installation of privacy screening. We are a small team that aims to deliver quality Australian made products using a range of different innovative materials and designs. We aim to provide customers with quality service and affordable prices through disciplined systems, teams and processes. We safeguard time frames and pride ourself on attention to detail where leadership and accountability are valued.

The role
-We are seeking an active hands on leader to assist in processing of client orders and arranging of installation work.
-The applicant will be required to communicate clearly with customers and staff members in managing and working towards tight timeframes for both supply and supply/ install projects across Melbourne.
-The applicant will need to work independently and help to organise schedules for onsite work
-The applicant will need to be able to problem solve and trouble shoot any onsite issues.

-Qualified carpenter ideally with some previous fencing experience
-Is diligent of time frames and works well under pressure to keep projects on track
-Has excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Committed to a positive workplace environment
-Is able to work unsupervised and uses initiative to ensure best practice and most effective outcomes
-Has a strong attention to detail
-Has a forklift license

Key responsibilities
-Liaising directly with clients and discussing their projects and any installation related queries
-Preparing of materials and plans for upcoming projects and clients
-Communicating with staff to assist in the production of orders to be delivered to customers.
