About this Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Carpenter to join the production team and provide support in the production lines including construct, erect, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials, and cut, shape and fit timber parts to form structures and fittings.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Read and understand drawings and plans to know what materials and steps are needed
• Preparing and selecting timber and other materials, and organizing layouts efficiently
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber parts accurately
• Build frameworks, floors, and roof structures, keeping everything level and straight
• Installing fascia, roof sheathing, external wall cladding, and door and window frames
• Assembling pre-cut timber structures and fittings ready for installation on site
• Cutting wood joints and, when needed, constructing concrete formwork
• Maintaining, repairing, fixing existing timber structures and fittings
• Ensuring all timber structures, fixtures, installations meet quality and design specifications
Job Requirements
• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant carpentry experience
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
