Join Our Team – Carpenter Wanted (Contractor or Full-Time)

LJW Building Co, a bespoke building company servicing the Northern Beaches and Inner Sydney, is looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team. We have a range of architectural residential builds coming up in Sydney’s Inner West and Northern Beaches, and we are seeking someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
What you’ll do
• High-end carpentry: set-out, framing, windows/doors, cladding & decking, detailed fit out including making one off hardwood joinery pieces
• Read drawings/specs and build to tight tolerances.
• Coordinate with other trades and keep the workplace safe and tidy.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and neighbours.
Must-haves
• 5+ years’ residential carpentry experience (architectural/reno experience ideal).
• White Card, valid driver’s licence, own vehicle & tools.
• Able to read drawings, work unsupervised, and hit program milestones.
• For contractors: ABN, insurances (Public Liability), and your own workers comp/income protection.
