🌿 Project Overview Heart Worx is looking for a creative Canva designer to bring our Support & Recovery Plan to life. We already have the content (text + framework) and need it turned into a professional, accessible, visually clean booklet that feels warm, safe, and easy to use for participants, carers, and referrers. ✨ What We Need 🔹 Design a multi-page booklet in Canva (approx. 12–20 pages) 🔹 Use our brand colours, fonts, and logos (provided) 🔹 Layout must balance clarity + warmth (NDIS participants & carers are the readers) 🔹 Strong hierarchy (headings, sections, checklists, reflection spaces) 🔹 Ensure readability for neurodivergent and trauma-affected readers (e.g. not cluttered, good contrast, plain language flow) 🔹 Provide both print-ready PDF and Canva link (so we can update text later) 💡 Ideal Designer 🔹 Proven experience designing booklets, reports, or guides in Canva 🔹 Portfolio of clean, modern, human-centred layouts (not corporate or over-busy) 🔹 Understanding of accessibility principles (font sizing, colour contrast, spacing) 🔹 Able to suggest design touches (icons, dividers, section motifs) without overwhelming text 🔹 Communicates clearly and can work with provided draft copy 📂 What We’ll Provide 🔹 Full draft of the Support & Recovery Plan, content just made in word doc currently (already written) 🔹 Brand kit: logo, colours, fonts, reference graphics 🔹 Examples of our past designs and tone (to guide style) 🔹 Any lived experience context needed to inform tone (warm, grounded, not clinical) 🕒 Timeline & Budget 🔹 First draft within 10–14 days 🔹 Final edits within a week of feedback 🔹 Budget: open to fair quotes based on portfolio & scope 💬 How to Apply Please send: 🔹 Short intro about your Canva + booklet design experience 🔹 Link to 2–3 relevant portfolio examples 🔹 Your quote (fixed price preferred) 🔹 Confirmation you can share final file in editable Canva format + PDF
