About the role
TAFE SA are seeking a dedicated Campus Logistics Officer to support the effective and efficient management of assets, facilities, and logistics across multiple campuses. This role is responsible for operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of campus services. Working under limited supervision, you will perform a variety of tasks, from maintaining facilities to assisting with fleet operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support across TAFE SA campuses to achieve business objectives.
  • Undertake minor handyperson maintenance, cleaning, and grounds duties.
  • Provide administration support, including using financial systems (e.g. Card Manager, Basware).
  • Maintain and update the Facilities Material Safety Data Sheets register for hazardous materials.
  • Assist with asset and salvage management activities.
  • Contribute to fleet management and oversee inventory, storage, receiving, and distribution.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

  • Out of hours work will be required
  • Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
  • Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
