About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Chefs, Chef de Parties and Cooks to join our high-performing kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium ingredients in a high-performing, supportive kitchen environment across some of Sydney’s most respected venues.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, season, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency in flavour, texture, and presentation.
• Follow established recipes and portion controls while contributing to overall menu consistency and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth, coordinated service during high-volume periods.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; assist with ordering and implement stock rotation procedures to minimise waste.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to develop skills and maintain kitchen standards.
• Contribute to the development and execution of seasonal menu updates, offering creative input aligned with the restaurant’s culinary vision.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to accommodate dietary requirements, allergens, and special requests with care and accuracy.
Role-specific focus: Chef, Chef de Partie
• Run an allocated section during service to time and quality standards.
• Assist, under Head/Sous Chef direction, with daily food estimates, basic ordering and stock control.
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menu updates within established frameworks and recipes.
• Guide junior staff in safe work practices, station prep and set-up, and section tasks.
Role-specific focus: Cook
• Execute dishes consistently across assigned stations to recipe, portion and plating specifications.
• Portion, plate and garnish to standard during service.
• Assist with basic daily food estimates and stock rotation as directed by senior kitchen staff.

About You
• Minimum one year experience as a Cook or Chef in a quality dining environment.
• Passionate about Italian cuisine, with a strong grasp of traditional techniques and ingredients.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and dedicated to producing outstanding food.
• Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards in every aspect of service.
• Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain).
