Sunny Thai Takeaway is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and qualified full-time Café/Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team in Tuart Hill, WA.

The successful applicant will organise and control the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to provide dine-in and takeaway/catering services. This includes menu planning with the Chef, staff management, cost and stock control, customer service, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and review menus in consultation with the Head Chef/Owner, including pricing and cost control.
• Organise and control day-to-day front-of-house operations for dine-in, takeaway and delivery services.
• Arrange purchasing, stock control and supplier liaison in accordance with approved budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, including daily takings and key cost indicators, and report to the Employer.
• Manage customer service standards, handle complaints and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, roster, supervise and train staff, and manage performance in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and council regulations.
• Assist with marketing, promotions and business development activities as directed.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the effective and profitable operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications/Experience:
• At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 1 year relative experience.
• Proven experience in café or restaurant management, preferably in a Thai or Asian cuisine environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sound financial understanding, with experience in budgeting and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A remuneration package between $76,515 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
