As a talented Cafe Manager, you will:

• Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages
• Build rapport with your team and customers
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
• Uphold Miss Maud’s proven policies and procedures to ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are exceptional
• Manage day-to-day cafe operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling
• Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the cafe

About You
To be successful in this role you must have:
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a car
• A qualification in hospitality (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in café or restaurant management
• The ability to manage day-to-day café operations effectively
• Someone who can think on their feet and juggle multiple tasks with ease
• A motivated team player who enjoys inspiring others to learn and grow
