PERTH LUXURY CABINETS PTY LTD, a leading provider of high-end custom cabinetry and benchtop solutions, including design, manufacturing, and installation for residential and commercial projects across Perth, is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret detailed plans, technical drawings, and specifications, and construct working drawings when required.
- Set out, build, and install cabinetry and benchtop.
- Select, prepare, and organise materials and components for each job.
- Operate CNC machines and edge banders to prepare and finish cabinetry components accurately.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and company standards.
- Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and machinery in safe and working order.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines and client requirements.
- Keep accurate records of progress and materials used.

Requirements for the Role:

- A relevant qualification in the industry and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, edge banders, and other woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create technical plans and working drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated, proactive, and reliable.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus superannuation, depending on experience and skills.
