Butcher or Smallgoods Maker
The trustee for BH Estates Unit Trust t/a The Farm House Margaret River is currently looking for a Full Time Butcher or Smallgoods Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Readying meat for purchase through bone removal, trimming excess fat, and cutting, as well as mincing, tenderising, and grinding to achieve speci?c shapes and sizes, suitable for presentation or as per customer requests.
- Being able to operate speci?c machinery designed for grinding, blending, mincing, and tenderizing meat to ensure quality and consistency.
- Crafting crumbed meat sections and enhancing taste pro?les by marinating, seasoning, and preserving distinctive meat cuts.
- Concocting seasonings and pickles by skilfully blending spices, salt, and other elements to form ?avourful mixtures.
- O?ering advice and recommendations to customers about the suitability and diverse applications of various meat cuts.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, good attitude, strong work ethic and knowledge of meat products and operating machines.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $70,000 – 85,000 per year
