Position: Full-time Butcher
Location: Blacktown, NSW
Salary: From $70,000 to $80,000

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Butcher to join our team in Blacktown.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and
packaging meat products to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and cut meat products according to customer requirements and
company standards
? Ensure all products are presented, packaged, and stored correctly
? Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area in accordance with food
safety regulations
? Provide excellent customer service and advice on meat selection and
preparation
? Operate equipment safely and efficiently
? Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required
Skills and Experience Required:
? Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent) or at
least three years’ full-time experience as a butcher
? Proven experience in a retail or wholesale butchery environment
? Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Good communication and customer service skills
? Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role
