We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Support Assistant to join us in our new Operations Power and Electricity team in Melbourne on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the General Manager Operations Power and Electricity, you will play a key role in providing assistance and support for the leadership team for the Operations Power and Electricity business unit. This will include playing a key role in running the administrative processes that support the operations of the business unit. Key Responsibilities Administrative support: Organise travel, diaries, scheduling of key meetings and reporting for the leadership team. Communication and coordination: Act as a central point of contact, meeting preparation, and facilitate collaboration Documentation management: Maintain documentation and records for the leadership team of the business unit and organise for easy access. Stakeholder management: Engage and support stakeholders, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction Monitors and continuously improves the administrative running of the team Key Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise, and exercise judgement Strong organisational and administration skills Problem-solving abilities: Proactively identify and address issues and risks, proposing effective solutions to keep the team on track.
