We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant in Singapore who can guide us through the complete company incorporation process and handle all tax-related requirements. We want a one-stop consultant who can make the process easy and ensure compliance with all local regulations. Responsibilities: ✔ Incorporate a new company in Singapore (ACRA registration) ✔ Advise and set up corporate tax and GST (if applicable) ✔ Guide us on annual fees, filings, and compliance obligations ✔ Assist with opening a corporate bank account (DBS/OCBC/UOB or alternatives) ✔ Handle annual filing and corporate secretary requirements ✔ Provide clear guidance on what taxes to pay, when, and how Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in Singapore company setup and tax compliance ✔ Strong knowledge of ACRA and IRAS regulations ✔ Experience with startups or e-commerce companies is a plus ✔ Ability to explain processes clearly and provide ongoing support Deliverables: ✔ Fully incorporated company in Singapore ✔ Clear tax compliance roadmap (corporate tax, GST, annual filings) ✔ Annual fees and timeline guide for future compliance Budget: ✔ Fixed Price: 500 to 800 USD (open to proposals depending on scope)
