Expected Salary -$77 000.00 per year plus superannuation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join LAFFOS BAR AND PIZZERIA' as a full-time Business Operations Manager. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving bar and pizzeria located in Mackay, Queensland. You will play a pivotal part in driving the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Managing and coordinating all operational aspects of the business, including inventory management, staffing, customer service, and financial reporting
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize business performance
Analyzing sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the team, providing leadership, coaching, and support as needed
Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
What we're looking for
Minimum diploma level qualification 1 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, with a collaborative and hands-on management style
