The program includes daily step-by-step emails, video tutorials from cleaning influencers, and printable resources, with upsell options for deeper coaching and 1:1 support. We already have a 40,000+ engaged CleanHQ email list to market to, and financial modelling shows strong revenue potential of $300k–$500k in the first 6 months with high margins. We are looking for an experienced strategist to validate our model, refine our positioning, and create a go-to-market roadmap that ensures we maximise this opportunity. What We’re Looking For We want a strategist with proven expertise in: Digital product launches (courses, programs, memberships, or subscription models) Email list monetisation and funnel optimisation Pricing strategy & tiered offer design Financial model validation and revenue forecasting Go-to-market planning including influencer partnerships and conversion testing Key Deliverables Strategic Validation Review our program structure, pricing tiers, and positioning Challenge and validate our financial model and conversion assumptions Highlight risks, opportunities, and success factors Go-to-Market Strategy Define the optimal launch framework (timelines, funnel design, email sequence, influencer leverage) Recommend tactics to boost average order value (AOV) and upsell conversion Suggest key KPIs to track during launch and scale-up Implementation Roadmap A clear, actionable 90–180 day plan that our internal team can execute Prioritisation of tasks to fit within a $20k pilot budget for testing and scaling What Success Looks Like Independent expert assessment of our concept and model A refined, ready-to-execute strategy with practical steps Confidence in resource allocation and budget use A scalable roadmap to grow this into a $1m+ revenue stream Project Type & Scope One-off consulting project with potential for follow-on engagement Expected duration: 2–4 weeks Deliverable: Written strategic plan with supporting recommendations Ideal Candidate Background in business strategy, digital marketing, or online product consulting Demonstrated experience launching and scaling digital programs Strong analytical and commercial skills (comfortable with modelling and forecasting) Excellent communicator who can distil complex strategy into a clear, actionable plan
