The Role
As a Business Manager (BM), you will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of client accounts. You will ensure smooth campaign delivery, drive results, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. You will also lead and mentor a team of direct reports, supporting their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client business objectives and deliver strategic, results-driven solutions.
Manage multiple stakeholders across clients and agency teams.
Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met, escalating issues when needed.
Financial Management
Work with the Investment team to create effective media plans and negotiate with media partners.
Ensure client budgets, fees, and campaign jobs are invoiced and reconciled accurately.
Maintain adherence to agency financial processes and reporting standards.
Work & Project Management
Maintain the integrity of campaign strategy throughout implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time.
Manage timelines, WIP meetings, and cross-department communication effectively.
Media Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
Keep up-to-date with media trends and share insights with clients and teams.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
People Management
Lead, mentor, and support direct reports, fostering a positive team culture.
Identify skills gaps, capacity challenges, and workflow improvements, escalating as required.
Ensure the team adheres to agency values and best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and direct reports effectively.

The salary for this role is from $80,000 to $105,000 inclusive superannuation.
