- Your opportunity
- As a Business Lead – Projects and Operations, you will be responsible for embedding new systems and processes and driving a continuous improvement culture and framework across Asset Management. This framework will increase productivity through positive changes made to our digital systems and process landscape. This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities with our new systems and driving change management to enhance operational effectiveness. By partnering with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross functional teams, the Business Lead – Projects and Operations will support projects, training, and the development of standarised procedures to elevate the overall efficiency and quality of services across the asset management business.
Your responsibilities will include
- Analyse business processes, investigate shortfalls, and identify opportunities for improvement to address issues, complaints, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and prioritise process enhancement strategies for our Yardi systems (Deal Manager, Voyager), processes, and procedures.
- Ensure sound documentation to facilitate understanding and responsibility across systems, processes, and roles.
- Form multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and buy-in for process changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support implementation of best practices.
- Establish and maintain an open feedback loop to encourage transparency and enable effective change management.
- Cultivate an ongoing change management culture aligned with Mirvac Values, promoting engagement and accountability.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-business collaboration to enhance a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist senior management in developing and implementing strategic business plans and projects.
- Contributes to the development of training plans for Yardi systems (Deal Manager, Voyager), identifying training needs.
- Design and deliver engaging and appropriate training sessions to the asset management business.
- Provide ongoing support in troubleshooting system and process queries within Office and Industrial Portfolio Management Teams
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to review, triage and solve system and process issues while contributing to delivering continuous improvements.
- Partner with the Program Manager, Governance and Compliance on all processes and training requirements to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team, Centre of Excellence, and Shared Services to drive end-to-end procedural improvements within Deal and Property Management.

- Your point of difference
- 5 years' experience in process optimisation, operations, or business management.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Working collaboratively within the Commercial Property division and across Mirvac Group, and sharing learnings with employees and leveraging their experience
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications desired
- A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.
- Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
