The role

  • As part of an established commercial business intelligence team, the newly created role of BI Developer will play a key role in driving insights and data-led decision making to automate existing reports, as well as developing new reports to support the business in delivering care.
  • Reporting to the General Manager Commercial and Business Optimisation, you will collaborate across the business to deliver powerful reporting solutions and develop best-practice BI capabilities that support sustainable growth.
  • Drawing on your well-developed experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the creation of a reporting suite and undertaking data analysis that will provide insights and inform improvements across the business.

In this role you will

  • Design, develop, test and deploy BI reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce
  • Analyse data using SQL to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Implement BI best practices and automate repeatable processes for efficiency.
  • Reverse engineer existing reporting solutions to create self-service dashboards in the Microsoft Fabric suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs, metrics, and business needs.
  • Build a standardised reporting suite for management reporting.
  • Champion BI adoption and capability building across the organisation.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Power BI Developer or similar role, ideally in Aged Care or the Health Care, however not essential
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Fabric & Salesforce environments
  • Understanding of business processes, performance metrics, and key drivers
  • Ability to design, test, and interpret financial and scenario models that directly inform strategy.
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
