The Business Intelligence Consultant is a key member of the APD Strategy Team, with responsibilities covering division process governance, coordination across the Asia Pacific Distribution (APD) regions and implementation / deployment of best practices within the division. The incumbent will work closely with APD department heads, region and district leaders and global business partners. This role demands a proactive individual capable of delivering insightful presentations and materials for executive reviews, driving collaboration across different forums, and leading change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, Data analysis, developing insights and project management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both regional and global teams. What You Will Do: Lead the development of the APD Metrics Dashboard, in collaboration with Global and APD teams to provide insights, co-ordinates the annual updating and monthly results inclusion. APD co-ordinator for the annual target setting governance process, work with Global, Industry teams, provide summary and updates to the APD team. Design and develop analytical tools (dashboards) with Global IT, provide business insights to enable team efficiencies and strengthen governance processes. Provide leadership team with actionable insights for leadership reviews materials; in support of driving profitable growth. Synthesize data to highlight critical areas for improvement and recommendations. Drive collaboration on key strategic discussions relating to data & insights through APD forums, ensure alignment across APD. Lead strategic data & insights consulting projects. Skills/Competencies to be Successful in this role: Project Management Skills. 6 Sigma or CPS experience is strongly desired, leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Strong Analytical Skills & knowledge of tools such as Advanced excel, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, SQL. Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with regional and global teams. Strong influencing skills in managing stakeholders to drive change and system implementation. Relevant bachelor's degree; a master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred. 5+ years of operational/marketing/sales experience gained from a broad range of assignments requiring Dealer and/or customer contact and interactions is preferred. Additional Info: This role requires travelling up to 15% of the time. Requires availability on nights calls 20% of the week. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
